Engineering Manager

1. Responsible for the structure of the design team schedule, drawing approve and guide the team to create the technical documentation;

2. Lead the team to upgrade and improve the quality of existing products and reduce the material cost;

3. Join the sales’ automatic production project negotiation and the pre-selling plan design

4. Complete the non-standard automatic project. Provide technical support and follow the project development schedule.

5. Cooperate with production dept to check the quality and accuracy of new products.

6. Develop and implement the company's annual R & D plan, lead the design team to complete the design tasks on time and with good quantity;

7. Check the plan’s structure, drawings, technical specifications and regulations.

8. Guide the purchase department to complete the related purchasing specifications and list.

9. To establish perfect equipment technical standard and mechanical design specifications;

10. To complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

Skills/Competencies：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering

2. More than 5 years of work experience in packaging machinery or related industries, with certain team management skills

3. Proficient in operating SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PDM, and Office software

4. Familiar with various sheet metal processing techniques and materials, proficient in various mechanical transmission structures;

5. Familiar with various stages and processes of project development, with experience in PDM application;

6. Possess excellent logical thinking ability, communication and negotiation skills

7. English is the working language.
