Be in charge of local sea-freight handling procedures, from booking receipt till it loaded on board including communication with overseas;

61 协助财务对账和催账;

In charge of AR/AP cross checking and pushing;

61 负责与海外办公室或直客的日常沟通/报价;

Be in charge of daily communication/rate quotation to overseas office (for EXW, CFR, etc.) or direct clients.

61 熟悉操作流程，负责与订舱代理及其他订舱合作伙伴的协调工作;

Familiar with operational procedures of core carriers in the market, in charge of coordination with booking agent, carrier CSR level, other booking partners;

61 与本地客户保持良好沟通;

Keep good/proper speaking/written manners with local suppliers;

61 能够处理客户的一般投诉;

Basic knowledge and experience of dealing with customers' general complains’ treatment;

61 监控订舱的各个步骤(选择运输路线，确定货物从一个地点转移到另一个地点的高效和经济的方法，预订船舶和卡车上的设备和空间, 向客户提供装运所需的文件, 安排货物在仓库的交付或储存，向客户提供运输选择、时间表、转移或影响发货的规定，完成海关文件工作，协助报关, 做好收发货物的记录，将相关立法、政治形势或其他可能影响货运的因素告知客户, 监控或记录运输中的货物位置) 向出口商、收货人提供装运状态通知；

Monitor the different step of booking (Select shipment routes, determine efficient and cost-effective methods of moving goods from one location to another, book equipment and space on ships and trucks, advise client about documentation needed for shipment.

Arrange delivery or storage of goods in warehouse, advise clients of shipping options, timelines, transfers, or regulations affecting shipments, complete customs paper works, facilitate the customs process with broker. Keep records of goods dispatched or received, inform client about relevant legislation, political situations, or other factors that could affect freight shipping, Monitor or record locations of goods in transit). Provide shipment status notification to exporters, consignee;

REQUIREMENTS:

61 了解Cargowise 系统优先考虑；

Familiar with CargoWise system is plus

61 愿意接受经理指派的更多任务；

Willing to accept more tasks assigned by manager

61 大专及以上学历；

College degree or above

61 5年及以上货代公司经验；

Minimum of 5-7 years experiences in similar position at foreign forwarding companies

61 英语良好；

Good command of written and spoken English

61 团队精神，抗压能力强；

Ability to work under pressure. Team Work spirit

61 有欧洲、美国线操作经验者优先。

Has experience with shipments procedures in south China and Hongkong

61 良好的沟通技巧；

Good communications skills;
