Manufacturing Engineer焊接工艺工程师

1. Lead welding engineer and welding tech team to support the production line for completing welding process.

2. Lead welding engineer and welding tech team to support the production lines for trouble shooting and solving the welding issues.

3. Lead welding engineer and technician training.

4. Develop, maintain and improve Standard Work. Provide training to ensure team members can consistently follow Standard Work.

5. Develop welding process for new project/product.

6. Develop processes to meet safety, quality, and delivery and cost targets.

7. Interface and coordinate project activities with pertinent business functions.

8. Provide support to product improvements and new product development.

9. Coordinate implementation of engineering design changes into production.

10. Support the Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure the workplace is safe and 100% compliant with laws and regulations.

11. Provide technical support for validation of the manufacturing system and quality initiatives.

12. Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications任职资格：

1. Bachelor of Science degree in a related engineering field

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.

3. Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a fabrication and/or assembly environment. Experience in a similar industry is preferred.

4. Experience with pneumatic tools; machining, forming and welding processes; and hydraulic and electrical systems.

5. Possess a strong understanding, firm belief and ability to perform within the principles of Toyota Production System, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.

6. Ability to quickly learn new applications and new technologies.

7. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in teams.

8. Ability to take a lead role in trouble-shooting and performing root cause analysis to solve problems and implement countermeasures.

9. Proficient with CAD programs, ability to quickly learn SolidWorks.

10. Ability to work well under compressed time constraints and limited direction.

11. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time.

12. Flexibility to travel, on short notice as necessary.

13. Experience in Lean manufacturing system, 6 sigma or IE etc will be perfect
