Sr. Program Engineer

1.Follow up project closely and make sure meeting the schedule, document and file all meeting minutes, project status.

2.Manage project history and concept promotion in SAP.

负责在SAP系统里签核concept以启动项目，并在项目完成时，将项目历史信息归档在SAP系统里。

3.Manage SDR per marketing request, to coordinate between engineering and factory prototype line to make sure customer sample was provided on time.

根据市场部的需求，管理样品申请单，协调设计师和工厂的样板拉的工作，确保样品按时出货。

4.Drive process and electrical performance issues through DVT/AEC_Q200 test testing. Ensure materials adequacy and availability; adhere to major quality and documentation requirements.

推动设计验证/ AEC_Q200测试，来验证工艺和电气性能,确保材料选用适当并可采购；遵循主要的品质和文件要求。

5.Work closely with manufacturing site to ensure smooth transition into both pilot line activities and production.

与工厂紧密合作，确保设计顺利转移到试生产和量产阶段。

Requirements任职要求

1.Education Background 教育背景

Associate degree and above, major in electronic preferred.

大专及以上学历，电子相关专业优先

2.Working Experience 工作经验

2-3 years' project management experience in manufacturing, engineering or related field, especially for automotive product

2-3年制造，工程或相关领域的项目管理经验, 做过汽车项目优先。

3.Computer Knowledge 电脑知识

Be familiar with office software MS Word, MS Excel and SAP system etc

熟练使用办公软件包括Word, Excel 和 SAP系统等.

4.Language 语言能力

Able to read, understand, write and speak in English.

能够看懂英语邮件，用英语做简单的沟通。

5.Professional Skills or Certificates 专业技能或证书

PMP certification preferred

PMP 证书优先

6.Management/Other Skills 管理/其他技能

Knowledge on the tools for automotive project management, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, risk management, etc.

熟悉汽车项目管理相关工具,如APQP, FMEA, PPAP，风险管理等

Able to manage project or program independently.

能独立负责管理项目
