Planning Manager

1. Be responsible for formulating and implementing production plans to ensure smooth production processes and meet customer demands

2. Analyze market demand, predict future production trends, and rationally plan inventory and production capacity

3. Planning System Development and Management:

Formulate the overall framework for project/producing plans, defining phase objectives, timelines; Establish a tracking mechanism for plan execution, regularly update progress, identify potential risks, and develop response strategies

4. Coordinate resources from various departments, including procurement, warehousing, production, etc., to support the efficient execution of production plans Data Monitoring and Analysis

5. Monitor the production process, promptly solve problems that arise during production, and ensure the production progress

6. Regularly assess the production efficiency and cost control situation, propose improvement measures, and enhance the production management level

7. Risk and Change Management:

Identify potential risks in plan execution (e.g., delays, material shortage, quality issue), formulate emergency plans, and drive implementation;

Manage plan changes, assess impacts, coordinate adjustments, and ensure the feasibility of the updated plan

8. Manage the production planning team, guide team members to complete various tasks, and enhance the overall capabilities of the team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in industrial engineering, mechanical manufacturing or related fields is preferred

2. 5+ years of experience in planning management with 3+ years of team management experience.

3. Proficient in production planning and control-related knowledge. Those with experience in using ERP systems are preferred.

4. Possessing excellent communication and coordination skills as well as team management experience, capable of leading the team to complete tasks efficiently

5. Cross-Departmental Coordination Skills

6. Sensitive to numbers, with strong data analysis capabilities, capable of identifying problems from data and proposing solutions;

7. Have a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and can adapt to a fast- paced working environment
