负责工装/设备调试/调试/安装

· Lead process problem solving / root cause analysis

领导流程问题解决/根本原因分析

· Execute CPI assignment on time

按时执行CPI分配

· Follow Internal Control procedure, resolve the non-compliance in time

遵循内控程序，及时解决违规问题

· Optimize manufacturing process to meet Uptime, *** Time Quality and Changeover goals

优化制造流程以满足正常运行时间、首次质量和转换目标

· Implement process continuous improvement project for cost reduction

实施过程持续改进项目以降低成本

· Maintaining manufacturing documents, such as SMP, PFMEA, PFD, W/I, etc.

维护制造文件，如SMP、PFMEA、PFD、W/I等。

· Train Operator to implement working instruction

培训操作员执行工作指令

· Assess operator skill level

评估操作员技能水平

任职要求：

· Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering required

机械工程学士学位

· AutoCAD capability preferred

有AutoCAD能力者优先

· Familiarity with Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens control devices preferred

熟悉Allen Bradley、Fanuc、Siemens控制设备者优先

· Able to develop standard and specialized processes and tooling used in manufacturing production

能够开发用于制造生产的标准和专业流程和工具

· Good personal communication skill

· Able to understand and apply manufacturing standards and tools, including CPI, PFMEA, PFD, SPC, etc.

· Able to generally understand the industrial hydraulic, pneumatic system and controls

能够大致了解工业液压、气动系统和控制

· Able to demonstrate qualified skill to operator and willing to work at the floor with operator

· Self motivated, accepts responsibility for assigned area
