2、跟进采购的原料到货，供应商和代加工工厂的付款整理和对账；

3、对产品所需要原料进行开发、询样、打样，做好产品原料需求的沟通与协调工作；

4、组织产品的原料采购、报价、合作谈判等工作，有效管控付款账期，达成最有竞争力的采购价格和合同条款；

5、定期整理供应商资料，不断开发供应商及货源市场，优化进货渠道，建立完整的进货渠道。

6、配合公司的销售目标执行配套的采购、生产方案并跟进；负责订单的下达及交期跟进；

7、负责商品的质量管理，监控采购品质，预防采购风险；

8、配合其他部门的工作、完成上级交代的其他任务。

任职资格：

1、具备英文听说读写的能力。

2、大专以上学历有化工专业背景尤佳；有3年以上化工或食品原材料采购经验，熟悉化妆品原料采购；

3、熟悉采购流程，熟悉采购相关质量管理体系；

4、良好采购谈判能力和协调能力，团队精神强；有条理性、逻辑性，善于与人交流沟通；

5、有良好的职业素养、较强的适应能力，能承受较大的工作压力

Role: cosmetic raw material specialist

Job description:

1. College degree or above with chemical engineering background is preferred;At least 3 years chemical or food raw material purchasing experience, familiar with cosmetic raw material purchasing;

2. Responsible for the development, daily management and maintenance of raw material suppliers, establish and maintain a stable supply channel;

in view of the company's existing cosmetics raw material resources, tap market demand and develop domestic customers to meet sales objectives.

3. Be responsible for the quality management of goods, monitor the purchasing quality

and prevent the purchasing risk;

4. Be responsible for inventory management, control reasonable inventory and improve commodity turnover rate;

5. Cooperate with other departments and complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to speak, speak, read and write English.

2. College degree or above, chemical engineering background is preferred;

more than 3 years of purchasing experience in cosmetics industry, familiar with cosmetics raw material purchasing;

3. Familiar with purchasing process and quality management system;

4. Good purchasing negotiation and coordination ability, strong team spirit, organized and logical,

good at communication with people;

5. Have good professional quality, strong adaptability, can bear great work pressure
