II. Job Responsibilities

Purchasing and Development: Develop high-quality suppliers through online platforms, industry exhibitions and other channels. Evaluate suppliers' qualifications, production capacity, product quality, etc. Conduct business negotiations with them to determine terms such as procurement price and delivery date, and establish stable cooperative relationships. At the same time, track market dynamics and changes in raw material prices, and provide suggestions for the company's procurement strategies.

Project Management: Be responsible for the overall planning and promotion of foreign trade procurement-related projects, formulate project plans, and clarify project goals and time nodes. Coordinate various internal departments of the company and external suppliers, solve problems in the project execution process, and ensure the project is completed smoothly as planned.

Project Follow-up: After receiving customer orders, communicate with suppliers in a timely manner, follow up on the production progress, and ensure products are produced on time. Strictly control product quality and conduct inspections during production and before delivery. Coordinate logistics transportation, customs declaration and other matters, track the transportation status of goods, and ensure goods are delivered to customers on time. In addition, handle problems feedback by customers in a timely manner and maintain good customer relationships.

III. Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; majors in International Trade, Business English, Supply Chain Management and other related fields are preferred.

Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to proficiently conduct English business communication and email exchanges.

Be familiar with foreign trade procurement processes and relevant international trade rules; those with 1-3 years of relevant work experience are preferred.

Have strong communication and coordination skills, negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities, and be able to effectively handle various affairs in work.

Be serious and responsible in work, have a strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
