职位描述
岗位职责 Job Description:
1. 建立RIS录入及校正标准,实现操作一致性,加强培训和质检功能,提高RIS质量 / Set up RIS Entry & Correction standards to achieve operation consistency and enhance training and quality check function to improve RIS quality;
2. 统一分部采购的标准和运输管理,实现标准化交付成果 / Unify field purchasing along with standards and transportation mgmt. , to achieve standardized deliverables;
3. 计划和实施办公室租赁、装修、办公设备和设施、公司车辆等,在预算范围内批准住房需求申请 / Plan and implement office leases, decoration, office equipment & facilities, company vehicles etc., approve housing demand applications within budget;
4. 持续优化流程,优化服务体系,通过精益项目提高采购效率和质量 / Continue process optimization to improve service system optimization, increase purchasing efficiency and quality by lean project;
5. 管理发票开具,及时、合规地完成会计流程、固定资产、营业执照的管理工作 / Manage invoice issuing, complete accounting processes, fixed asset, business license timely and compliantly;
专业资质要求 Professional Requirements :
1. Bachelor and above / 本科及以上学历;
2. Above 5 years experience in business administration and multi-culture group / 5年及以上商务行政相关领域和跨文化团队的工作经验;
3. Above 3 years experience in team management / 1年及以上团队管理经验。
