- Logistics Cost Clearance Management APAC1

Main responsibilities:

- Billing verification for logistics.

- Communicate with LSP and RGBs for billing claim.

- Download the billing report, exception report from related system.

- Adjust the billing information and amount according to exception report.

- Calculate the cost and send initial billing to LSP.

- Lead process continuous improvement to improve productivity and reduce cost.

- Support on LCC system and digital project, e.g BIT continuously development, dashboard

- Follow up with LSP for feedback for billing and update billing information if necessary

- Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree on logistics, supply chain, international trade, finance, accounting or other equivalent.

- Hardworking and take job under pressure.

- Expert in oral and written English.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.).

- Highly analytical and data processing skills.

- Careful and result oriented.

- 1-3 years experiences on logistics management, finance and controlling or other equivalent.
