Key Responsibilities
61 Manage end-to-end merchandising process for hard goods (home products, DIY, seasonal, furniture, etc.) for the European market.
61 Handle product development: sourcing, sampling, costing, and quotation based on EU client requirements.
61 Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality, price competitiveness, and on-time delivery.
61 Follow up production schedule, order status, and shipment to ensure compliance with customer standards.
61 Liaise with EU clients for daily communication, order follow-up, and solving problems effectively.
61 Conduct market and trend analysis to support product innovation and competitiveness.
61 Support EU market business growth and build strong, long-term partnerships with clients.
Requirements
61 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in International Trade, Business, or related field preferred.
61 8+ years merchandising experience in hard goods / EU market.
61 Solid knowledge of product development, costing, and supplier management.
61 Familiar with EU compliance, testing, and quality standards.
61 Strong communication and negotiation skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
61 Fluent English (spoken and written), able to communicate independently with EU customers.
61 Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and handle multiple projects.
