Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide technical supports to distributors, service providers and key customers.
Identify issues promptly and provide solution to resolve issues.
Handle customer complaints and identify all warranty claims by day.
Visit distributors and key customer regularly, collect quality and application issues.
Provide service and technical coaching to distributors and service providers based on training schedule.
Cooperate with cross-functional peers both proactively and reactively, and collaborate in new product development and products quality improvement.
Key Qualifications:
Have strong technical skills in water treatment, filtration and/or electrical appliances would be preferred.
Strong communication skill.
Able to conduct technical presentations.
Must have performance/profit orientation.
Must have tenacity and be willing to travel.
