职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 协同全球销售、项目和研发团队,对日系客户全球新项目进行开发;
2. 搜集竞争对手信息,包含样品,价格,成本,供应链;
3. 与其他部门合作进行项目发展,参与产品质量等事宜;
4. 负责新项目报价协调;
5. 协助部门经理进行市场分析及竞争对手分析;
6. 负责销售预测制定;
7. 负责年度降价谈判;
8. 工作行为符合公司合规要求;
9. 履行本岗位应尽的安全职责;
10. 直接主管分配的其他任务。
1. Collaborate with global commercial, PM and R&D teams to develop new projects for Japanese customers globally.
2. Collect the competitor’s information, including the sample / price / cost / supply chain.
3. Cooperate with the other department to handle program development and the product quality issues.
4. Be responsible for quotation and coordination for new programs.
5. Assist manager to make market analysis and competitor analysis.
6. Be responsible for sales forecast.
7. Take responsibility for the yearly price reduction negotiation.
8. Work under compliance requirement of company.
9. Execute the safety duties of this position.
10. Other specific jobs which are instructed from immediate supervisor.
能力要求:
1. 本科学历及以上;
2. 三年及以上汽车零部件Tier1工作经验;
3. 有丰田、本田、日产等日系品牌经验优先;
4. 较好的内外部沟通和协调能力;
5. 结果导向,必须具备较好的抗压能力;
6. 大客户管理经验和谈判技巧;
7. 多项目管理能力;
8. 英文必须流利,日语流利优先;
9. 能够独立出差处理问题,能够独立完成工作,承担工作压力,具有团队合作精神;
10. 熟练操作Office软件,包含Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
11. 熟悉IATF16949,ISO14001,APQP等相关知识。
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. At least 3 years' work experience in Tier 1 automotive parts.
3. Experience with Japanese OEMs such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan is preferred.
4. Good internal and external communication and coordination skills.
5. Results-oriented with strong stress resistance.
6. Experience in key account management and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects.
8. Must be fluent in English, Japanese skill is preferred.
9. Able to travel independently to handle issues, complete tasks independently, handle work pressure, and possess team spirit.
10. Proficient in Office software, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
11. Familiar with IATF16949, ISO14001, APQP, and other related knowledge.
