工厂审核员，验厂

1. 根据客户标准和规则执行各类工厂审核，包括人权，技术，环保，涉及消费品各类制造工厂，能够独立开展审核工作，有较强的沟通能力及谈话技巧。

2. 高质量完成工厂审核，并按时提交专业的中英文报告。

3. 对审核和报告全过程负责，高质量完成服务，审核过程中，与供应商或工厂进行清晰有效的沟通。

4. 负责所有原始数据的有效保存。

5. 可支持其他审核员的工作。

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科或以上学历，理工类、英语等相关专业优；

2. 熟悉BSCI, SA8000, SMETA, ICTI 或 RBA 优先

2. 3年及以上工厂审核经验，三方机构从业经验优先，经历包括：电子电气，服装，玩具，鞋类，等各种消费品制造业工厂

3. 处事灵活，具备良好的逻辑思维能力，服务意识，和创新性思维

4. 英语听说读写技能优秀，具有较强的沟通能力，追求上进，能承受工作压力

5. 具有APSCA资质优先，实习资格亦可

6. 能适应经常出差，适应在工厂工作的环境。

As Social Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for ：

· Perform social compliance audits in the factory.

· Document the audit findings

· Report the audit results, and highlight the key risky areas

· Communicate audit results to suppliers/factories in a professional, objective, and clear manner

· Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken as a result of the audit

· Retain and safeguard documents about the audit

· Cooperate with and support other auditors

· Submit the audit report clearly, conclusively, and without undue delay

· Act ethically at all times

· Other projects relating to social compliance may be assigned depending on needs

· Extensive travelling is required

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or above

· More than 3 years relevant work experience from a 3rd party

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Chinese and English

· Sensitive to mathematics and calculations, especially on working hours and wages

· Be able to walk throughout manufacturing factory environment

· Have sophisticated insights on audit findings, and be able to identify the key risk areas

· Willing to update skills once needed

· Be able to work independently

· Must be knowledgeable in use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Familiar with BSCI, SA8000, SMETA, ICTI or RBA will be a plus

· Be with high sense of integrity

· Extensive travelling is required
