Create a high level customer experience together with operations team in WUXI Product Company, exceeding customer expectations in terms of reliability, customer service, marketing and training support. Create a culture of continuous improvement within both Product Company and Customer Center within the strategic pillars of cost leadership, product leadership and time to market.

Job description included but not limited

1. Collect and interpret information on customer’s present and future needs in our main markets in China and Asia, and translate this information into master specifications for product development.

2. Continuous market intelligence to ensure that the products are constantly kept market competitive and able to provide customers with a sustainable solution for decarbonization

3. Work with divisional product manager to define the marketing strategy for your product range and present at the product strategy meetings.

4. Further accelerate market share growth and profitable revenue growth, with increasing customer satisfaction.
加速市场份额和利润的可持续增长,同时提高客户满意度。
5. Be an active member of the project teams and guide the product development process from the marketing point of view.

6. Build and continuously update competitor information through data research, test, exhibitions.

7. Creating training materials for customer centers to ensure our products can be sold from the start of series production, maximizing our value proposition and streetfighter benefits.
给客户中心准备产品培训资料,强化产品价值定位,确保产品进入系列化后可以进行售卖。
8. Generate a pricing strategy following the standards used in the Group.
根据集团内的要求,根据产品价值定位建立产品价格策略。
9. Manage professional product launches via teleconference, webinar, or events.
举办专业的产品发布会,讨论会以及一些在线活动。
10. Make up-to-date marketing information available on group platform, focus on delivery of high quality marketing materials.
确保最新的市场相关技术文件,上传到集团的平台上,确保提供高质量的市场技术文件。
11. Attend technical committee meetings to actively follow-up product quality.
参加技术讨论会,积极跟踪产品质量。
Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求:
Experience Requirements经验要求
61 At least 5 years of relevant experience in engineering and marketing.
至少5年的工程和市场相关专业经验。
61 Has a background in heat pump, steam compressor, thermodynamics, waste heat management or thermal management in manufacturing or relevant industry experience.
具有热泵、蒸汽压缩机、热力学、废热管理或制造业中的热管理背景或相关行业经验。
61 Experience in developing new product ranges, acting as a market exploration leader towards new markets and applications.
具备开发新产品系列的经验,能够作为市场开拓领导者探索新市场和应用领域。
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
61 Thermodynamics and / or heat management is required.
必须具备热力学和或热管理知识
61 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, marketing.
工程和市场相关工程类专业本科或硕士学历。
61 Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.
普通话为母语,具备良好的英语口语和写作能力。
61 Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with CAD tools and MRP systems is an asset.
熟悉办公软件。 有使用CAD工具和MRP系统经验者优先。
