1. Responsible for ensuring daily inspections of established production.

2. Supervise product quality to achieve the required level of quality.

3. Review and evaluation of supplier parts. Explain quality standards on a flat surface to ensure that the delivered parts meet the agreed upon quality standards.

4. Plan and review APQP activities with suppliers to improve the quality of supplier parts, and implement and approve PPAP with suppliers until final product approval.

5. Implement corrective and preventive measures to address quality issues.

6. Review and visualization of CAD parts. Comparison of parts and planes, verification of key quotas, identification of Cotas hierarchical structure .

7. Coordinate the return, repair, or replacement decisions for defective parts .

8. Regularly evaluate suppliers and participate in component quality negotiations .

9. Publish a technical report on part quality analysis to the management team. Publish technical reports and analyze complex component quality issues or their impact on vehicle assembly and functionality.

Requirements：

1. University education in industrial, mechanical, electronic, or similar engineering fields.

2. High level of Chinese proficiency. It is preferable to have a medium to advanced level of Spanish proficiency. Office domain package.

3. Must have at least 5 years of experience in similar positions. Understand the quality of parts and vehicles. Experience in vehicle inspection (static and dynamic) and analysis and resolution of complex technical issues.
