How You Contribute
Responsible for Salomon apparel marketing activations for a multiple product line including global line, Korean line and local line:
Campaign planning and IMC execution (60%)
1. Formulate apparel campaign planning and IMC execution across multiple apparel product line in China. Project manage specific marketing campaigns and initiatives from developing and managing project timeline, strategy formation, project status tracking, to budget management.
2. (CO-WORK) PR – Responsible for press release, lookbook development and celebrity seeding plan for apparel
3. (CO-WORK) Social – Oversee both owned and paid social platforms, including Salomon WeChat, LRB, and Douyin. Lead key opinion leader (KOL) activations, media partnerships, feed ads, and search engine marketing
4. (CO-WORK) Creative Development – Drive creative direction development and creative toolkit production for apparel campaign
5. (CO-WORK) Function integration – Be the in-market expert and work cross-functionally with all internal stakeholders to deliver on a comprehensive launch strategy including creation hub, retail marketing, CRM, event, community, SPOMA, training, merch, buying and EC. Provide retail KV support on monthly cadence in line with retail marketing calendar. Giving key campaign download in monthly training session

Marketing order / FG application / Contract and finance process
Reporting (10%)
Develop report for campaign tracking and monthly/quarterly/yearly internal strategy meeting
Role Qualifications
Qualifications:
61 5+ years marketing experience in apparel retail industry, leading marketing IMC campaigns and function activations
(Emerging sports brand with successful case / Top creative agency account & planner experience is a bonus)
61 Deep understanding in outdoor apparel material, technology, function and benefit, industry trend and consumer needs.
61 Strong project management skills leading integrated marketing campaigns
61 Excellent communications skills that can liaise with multiple stakeholders while driving project progress
61 Strong ownership, open and positive mindset, who is solution seeker
61 Excellent written and speaking English and Chinese skills
61 Team player who can strongly connect with all functions
61 Detailed oriented and logical thinking, able to multi-projects
