DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Liaise among developers, Head office and factories to solve technical issues

2. On-line production checking

3. Work with suppliers to ensure all materials can meet testing requirements

4. Company Normative follow-up

5. Clear to Wear & Safe to Wear involvement

POSITION/PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

1. 6 years or above solid experiences in Footwear  production, technical and development

2. Experienced in raw material

3. Familiar with factory operation and management

4. Good technical knowledge of Footwear construction and process

5. Good organization and communication skills and sense of responsibilities

6. Knowledge of testing laboratory system

7. Proficient in written and spoken English

8. Office and professional computer skills

9. Holding a d

riving license is necessary
