GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Product scope : coolant, refrigerant, engine oil,and other chemicals products;
· As product manager, execute the product strategy, including new parts introduction, supporting cataloguing and range analysis activities, producing key sales & marketing reports;
· Implement the brand and product strategy through market segmentation and proper brand/product positioning (features, functions, quality, and packaging), settling right pricing and creating USP to different target groups.
· Drive the product launches with professional project management methodologies and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and global sourcing to make sure of the competitiveness of the launched products.
· Have the knowledge of automotive vehicle population and initiate and lead projects to increase market coverage of the responsible product lines and manage the projects with professional tools and process.
· Working with the China team in identifying business opportunities and achieving incremental growth by new product launches, product range extensions or brand extensions.
· Working with Puchasing team to identify the supplier price and right product sourcing.
· Chemical category pricing management , make sure EBIT number exeucute right way in B2B, B2C channel
· Work with sales team to purse new customer opportunies, solve the issues related chemical products from customers. .
· Provide product technical support for training events, product claims & warranty cases in coordination with engineering, manufacturing and global sourcing.
· Work closely with Logistic dept to manage chemical inventory
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Diploma or BA degree in engineering, marketing or business management
· Min.10 years working experiences in multinational companies in engineering, product management or application engineering, Business or channel development ,technical sales , in automotive aftermarket chemical related or chemical industry are preferred
· Strong self-motivation and have the drive to implement his project or strategies
· Conceptual, analytical strategy thinking and creative in problem solving
· Open-minded and a good team player be able to work in team
· Good English and Chinese both in written and oral
· Working experience of B2B, B2C marketing product promotion support will be an advantage
