Project Manager/项目经理

-Sets up and maintains the standardized Project Management Plan

-Monitors continuously the project status, early identification of discrepancies and initiates targeted actions (e.g. escalation)

Project Initiation / Proposal - Management

-Actively involved in the project initiation phase, analyzing product portfolio managements' requirements and examining their technical feasibility and transferability into a new product proposal (NPP)

Risk, Opportunity, Issue Management

-Devises suitable strategies for risk mitigation (elimination, reduction)

-Identifies and minimizes non-conformance costs

- Ensures risk monitoring in all project phases

Procurement

- Involves procurement at an early stage

- Ensures that all procurement activities comply with the valid processes and regulations

- Ensures negotiations based on defined requirements with subcontractors/partners

- Ensures delivery in time

Requirements:

-At least 8 years’ experience in procurement field

-At least 5 years’ experience in strategic procurement fields

-Individual contributor, but need to have leadership capabilities to exert influence in x-functional communication on implementation of strategy defined

-Working experience in international company would be a plus

-Bachelor's degree and above

-Fluent English
