项目支持： 支持国际项目的实施，协调相关活动、会议和时间表，确保项目按计划执行。

文件和报告： 协助准备和整理文件、报告和演示文稿，确保它们符合公司标准和要求。

市场推广： 协助市场推广活动的策划和执行，包括参与展会、活动和线上推广。

客户服务： 处理国际客户的一般查询，提供支持并协助解决问题，确保客户满意度。

销售支持： 协助销售团队，提供销售材料、样品和信息，支持销售活动的顺利进行。

数据分析： 收集、分析和报告关于国际市场绩效的数据，以提供对市场趋势和业务表现的见解。

跨部门协作： 与其他部门如业务、合同、后勤等部门进行有效的沟通和协作，以确保顺畅的业务运作。

日常行政工作及团队支持： 协助团队成员，促进团队协作，确保团队共同努力实现部门目标

任职要求：

1.大学本科及以上学历，专业不限，石油工程类、国际商务和国际贸易相关专业优先；

2.1年以上相关工作经验，有石油行业相关工作经验优先；

3.熟练的英语听说读写能力，大学英语六级优先。

Business Supervisor – International Market

Job responsibilities:

Assist with the daily operations and project implementation of the international market.

Project support: Support the implementation of international projects, coordinate related activities, meetings, and schedules, and ensure that projects are executed on schedule.

Documents and reports: Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations, and ensure that they meet company standards and requirements.

Marketing promotion: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing promotion activities, including participating in exhibitions, events, and online promotion.

Customer Relationship Management: Handle general inquiries from international customers, provide support and help solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales support: Assist the sales team, provide sales materials, samples, and information, and support the smooth running of sales activities.

Data analysis: Collect, analyze, and report data on the performance of the international market to provide insights into market trends and business performance.

Cross-department collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments such as business, contracts, and logistics to ensure smooth business operations.

Daily administrative work and team support: Assist team members, promote team collaboration, and ensure that the team works together to achieve departmental goals. Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited, Petroleum engineering, international business, and international trade related majors are preferred.

1+ years of relevant work experience, with oil & gas industry related work experience preferred.

Proficiency in English speaking, listening, and writing, CET-6 is preferred.

Salary range: 8,000~10,000 RMB/month
