PDS-Senior Mechanical Integration Engineer

Key Accountabilities

85 Responsible for the mechanical integration concept design and detailed design of eDrive;

85 Responsible for the development of eDrive and troubleshooting;

85 Responsible for eDrive boundary check and assembly Stack-up calculation;

85 Responsible for eDrive outline drawings and 3D maintenance;

85 Responsible for eDrive BoM building and release, continuously lead the VAVE task;

85 Responsible for prototype building in A/B sample phase and DFM/DFA optimize work in C sample phase.

85 Organization of eDrive development and assignment of tasks to components development roles;

85 Work closely with global R&D team in development.

Qualifications & Requirements

85 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required

85 At least 5 years’ experience in electrical or hybrid powertrain development is required

85 Experience to be as customer interface in EV project

85 Must have 3D software experience. Have rich experience of mechanical design for casting will be better.

85 Good cooperation, communication and organization capabilities

85 Good written and spoken English is required
