1.工科类专业本科及以上学历 ，熟悉以上产品

2.5年以上SQE质量管理经验

3.可接受50%出差

4.英文作为工作语言

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the Business Unit Suppliers Quality Performance in terms of Quality PPM, and OTD (on time delivery), non-confirmace management.

2.Responsible supplier assessment, approval, qualification, and surveillance, control non-conformance and customer compliant, to ultimately ensure the product quality meet the requirements.

3.Monitor supplier non-conformance performance, and drive root-cause analyses, corrective actions, preventive actions, and process improvements to reduce escaping defects and failure rate

4.Promote and develop initiatives together with R&D Dept. with the aim to reduce materials costs and improve global efficiency (costs out)

5.Drive continuous improvement of suppliers' quality, cycle, and delivery performance.

6.Drive 6-sigma and lean rigor and competency frequent use of tools and methods.
