职位描述
主要职责:
1.Generate sales in the area of responsibility in accordance with agreed revenues and cost budget.
在指定地区(吉林省)拓展销售,完成既定销售的销售指标 。
2.Projects management: work with architects, general contractors, end users and explain the products benefits and results
项目管理:帮助设计师,总包方,最终用户理解公司产品和优势
3.Strong customer developing ability and distribution development & management
较强的客户开发和渠道开拓能力,熟悉及了解建筑材料、医疗建设、教育及工业建设市场
4.Collect projects data and identify ones that can be implemented
收集市场信息,并确认可实施操作的项目资源
5.Assist to develop the company brand and improve the product competitiveness
协助发展公司品牌以及加强产品竞争力
任职要求:
1. At least 4 years sales working experience, in construction relevant industries; Full-time college degree or above
全日制大学专科及以上学历,4年及以上的工程项目销售经验
2. Sales background in building materials industry, familiar with the project sales process, similar position experience and related industry background is preferred
有建材行业销售背景,熟悉公建项目的运作流程,有同等职位经验以及相关行业背景的优先
3. Work independently, self-driven and self-motivated, with a proactive working attitude
独立工作,有自我驱动以及自我激励意识,工作态度积极主动
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, have internal and external customer awareness, can adapt to high-frequency travel, work under greater pressure
出色的沟通以及协调能力,有内外部客户意识,能适应高频出差,能承受较大的工作压力
