The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Solventum, formerly the 3M Health Care business, was separated from 3M on April 1,
2024. As a PMO Manager, you will be responsible for leading the whole post-spin project and process management of Health Care Separation, all functional teams of Solventum ( the New Health Care Company) for a smooth internal and external business transition from the Parent Company to Solventum (New Health Care Company). Here, you will make an impact by:
Build up the Health Care Business/Solventum post-separation task force team and develop a clear RACI map of the roles & responsibilities of all involved parties.
Manage the Healthcare business/Solventum post-separation project and process as a primary contact in SpinCo.
Establish the overall post-spin roadmap, workstream, and timeline, esp in the transitional period.
Manage, prevent and mitigate post-spin risk areas: Flow of supply: constraint management & demand/supply alignment, Quality incidents (audits, significant complaints, etc), Financial transparency, and Operating at arm’s length.
Lead the governance & escalation processes, establish & review KPI trends & manage associated escalations, manage the action tracking tool during the Hyper Care stage.
Lead and engage function teams to have regular review, track the procedures of each schedule and manage the process of each function, progress update and issue escalation to Global and GCA SMO teams.
Responsible for coordination of all kinds of documentation preparation, as needed.
Responsible for strengthening collaboration and cooperation with all function teams, RA, MA, GA, Bidding, CO, Marketing, Channel and Sales team, lead the risk assessment and decision-making to guarantee successful RTO timeline (Regulatory, Market access and hospital commercialization)02
Collaborate with CO, Supply chain, and Business team, for all IFGs inventory preparation and stable supply during LE transition. Partner with business teams and functions to address and resolve issues.
Lead on potential Risk Prediction and Change Management activities with function teams, ensuring effective communication, change acceptance, and risk management.
Resolves barriers within SpinCo, negotiates with ParentCo, and escalates unresolved issues through governance.
Driving Cutover preparation and Execution for Business Unites to ensure smooth transition.
Your Skills and Expertise02
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
Proven Experience in Project Management, or similar separate or spin-off project.
Prior experience driving results as a Black Belt and/or Project Manager; A CI Certification (BB, MBB) and/or Project Management Professional Certification preferred.
Solid ability to manage complex, matrixed situations across multiple functions, teams and organization.0202
Ability to successfully influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts.
Strong Change management, problem-solving skills, communication skills, Business and process acumen, and analytical Skills.
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to deliver results.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
