Demand Planner&Buyer

Location: Shanghai

Summary

83Sales Demand Forecast management and analysis, Goods Planning and Procurement to support business and the Localization project.

Responsibilities

83Responsible for China direct procurement, including implement and improve direct procurement process to support China acceleration plan

83Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to do the Monthly sales forecast collection/analysis and update, support monthly S&OP meeting for both region and global.

83Manage of supplier relationship as well as management of daily procurement tasks to ensure the supply of products and Performance & Function materials are available for the day-to-day operation, such as validate monthly invoices, releasing purchase orders and trouble shooting

83Evaluate supply and business risk, analyze based on the data and create mitigation plans/alternatives

83Regularly review inventory and drive actions to meet inventory target and estimates each month

83Data consolidation for KPI reports, meanwhile responsible for KPI control to align with Supply Chain strategies

83Be able to analyze the data as well as good problem solving skills, and consistently explore to fulfill sales’ demand/request, identify opportunities to drive toward the strong result

83Involve in global/regional/local SC or related projects as assigned

83Support China localization projects as required

83Keep documentation for planning and PO related documents per GOP/SOP

83Complete adherence to local legislation and guidelines and implementation of company policies and procedures

Qualifications

83A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a Technical Discipline (Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Maths, Business, Finance, Business Administration). Experience in Healthcare industry and IVD industry is preferred.

831-3 years experience in planning/procurement or Supply Chain related.

83Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

83Good communication skill

83Fluent in English, Oral and Writing(CET-6), prefer to have experience in using SAP.

83Good Excel skills.
