Daily data organization and analysis: Collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data related to hospital admission results and safety operation outcomes, and creating insightful operational analysis reports02

Collaborating with external research or consulting firms for industry survey: By partnering with external research or consulting firms, conduct comprehensive research or surveys on the industry and the development of KA functions. Gain insights into the development trends in key account management, changes in customer demand brought about by the industry policy environment, and regularly produce research reports and decision-making recommendations.

Collecting, summarizing, and analyzing project plans, budget management, and outcome evaluations related to key customer management projects, effectively quantifying the rationality and effectiveness of projects and expenses, and generating insights.

Strategic topic research and discussion: Based on the overall KA strategy, researching and analyzing relevant quantitative and qualitative information to provide quantifiable data support and insights for decision-making, as well as replicable best practice

Completing other tasks assigned by the KA director

WHO YOU ARE

5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry and 3+ years of experience in Marketing or KA projects in an MNC

Excellent data management and analysis skills

Proven track record of delivering creative solutions to overcome obstacles and enhance profitability

Strategic thinking, diplomatic and persuasive, able to build objective lines of argument/rationales for actions and present viewpoints assertively

Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical sector with an emphasis on internal processes (marketing, regulatory, clinical, reimbursement) linked to advanced understanding of the external market access/reimbursement environment

Team player with strong sense of customer service

Good English skills, verbal and written,good ability in data analysis processing
