4. Research potential sources of supply for purchased products to ensure prices are globally competitive and sufficient production capacity is available within the supply chain. Understand the market price or “Should Cost” price for key commodity items.

研究采购产品的潜在供应源，确保价格具有全球竞争力，供应链内有足够的生产能力。了解关键商品的市场价格或“应成本”价格。

5. Research new technologies with potential to enhance existing product offerings or that could provide new avenues for product solutions.

研究有潜力增强现有产品或为产品解决方案提供新途径的新技术。

6. Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier productivity/quality, and ensure supply chain continuity.

制定和实施战略，提高供应商的生产效率/质量，确保供应链的连续性。

7. Evaluate feasibility and facilitate the implementation of supplier developed content in product offerings.

评估可行性，促进供应商在产品供应中开发内容的实施。

8. Assist implementation and communication of global sourcing strategies.

9. Facilitate and lead Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VA/VE) processes and Total cost.

10. Optimize and implement sourcing strategy of responsible material category, to reach the best balance among price, quality, OTIF, and payment term etc.

优化并实施责任物料类别的采购策略，在价格、质量、OTIF、付款条件等方面达到***平衡。

11. Manage overall purchase cost for responsible material category, to achieve company’s annual cost down target.

管理所负责物料类别的总采购成本，实现公司年度成本下降目标。

12. Coordinate with internal department, continue improve sourcing process

协调内部相关部门，持续优化采购流程。

Requirements任职要求:

1. A minimum of bachelor's degree – Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.

本科以上学历-机械、制造或电气工程。

2. Proficient in Chinese and English, German would be a plus.

精通中英文，德语者优先。

3. Preferred Project Management certification (PMP) or project management training.

首选项目管理认证（PMP）或项目管理培训。

4. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar position.

8年以上类似岗位工作经验。

5. Ability to perform in a team environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

6. Knowledge of Global sourcing process.

7. Knowledge of and able to discuss the manufacturing processes for heavy machinery.
