Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's overall strategic objectives and development plans, take the lead in organizing human resources departments to conduct planning and analysis, and formulate the annual human resources overall plan and annual key work;
2. Assist in the planning and setting of organizational structure of each unit of the company, and promote the continuous optimization and standardization of
organizational structure changes;
3. Improve the human resource budget management system , organize and guide all departments to complete human resource planning and the formulation,review and implementation of annual human cost budget;
4. Developed and improved the company's management systems, processes and methods for job establishment and change, job value evaluation, job placement, etc., and led the promotion of the construction and application of job qualification standards;
5. Establish and improve the human resource management system, research,design and improve the company's human resource management model, formulate and improve the company's human resource management system;
6. According to the company's overall strategic objectives and development plans, lead the organization of human resources departments to carry out planning and analysis, and formulate the annual human resources overall plan and annual key work;
7.Conducted scientific analysis of human cost and job allocation, established and improved methods and tools for human cost input and output and job allocation, and improved methods and tools for human cost input and output and job allocation, and guided each department to establish an analysis mechanism for its own business needs.
Job Requirements:
1.985/211 Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management;
or related management is preferred;
2, at least 5 years of HR team management experience in high-tech companies;
3. Proficient in more than 2 HR modules, familiar with the main process of all HR modules;
4, have good communication skills, with a big picture and strategic thinking.
