产品开发经理

1、Manage product development team work according to company strategy or customer requirements；

根据公司经营政策或客户需求管理产品开发团队工作；

2、Responsible for technical services and support related to product production, quality, and customer applications；

负责与产品生产、质量和客户应用相关联的技术服务和支持；

3、Responsible for the design, development, and mass production transfer of new projects and products；

负责新项目新产品的设计开发和量产转移；

4、Responsible for the technical improvement and team building of the engineering and technical team；

负责工程技术团队的技术提升和梯队建设；

5、Any other daily jobs or tasks arrangement from company leaders, or your direct leader.

公司领导或直接上级安排的其它日常工作。

任职要求（Requisitions）

1、Education Requisition: Full time undergraduate or above, STEM field.

学历要求：全日制大学本科或以上学历，理工科专业背景。

2、Kowledge Requisition 知识背景要求

2.1 Know well about cable assemblies or wire harness products, be familiar with the basis theory of product design；

熟悉线束产品开发，对产品设计研发理论或设计原理有较深的了解；

2.2 Good knowledge of raw materials to cable products, Key and Special Characteristics or characteristics performance of engineering plastics, metal contacts, plating raw materials, cable and wire；

熟悉线束产品的原材料，如工程塑料、金属接触件、电镀介质材料、线束线缆等基本特性要求及特性表现；

2.3 Be familiar with manufacturing and production process of cable products, and have common sense on process realization；

熟悉线束产品加工工艺过程以及工艺过程实现的基本手段和方法；

2.4 Good knowledge about the notional or international standards, industry specifications, safety regulations, and environment protections of cable products or product producing.

熟悉线束产品的国家、国际标准、行业规范、安规及环保要求。

3. Professional Competence Requisition 专业能力要求

3.1 Be familiar with mechanical drawing and tolerance analysis；

熟练的机械制图能力以及公差分析能力；

3.2 Have experience in project participation or management, good skills to negotiate with customer face to face on technical communication；

具备一定的大型项目参与或管理经验，有与客户面对面技术沟通、项目沟通经历或经验；

3.3 Understand PPAP and APQP process definitions and requirements, and have strong logic analysis and simulation analysis ability；

了解PPAP、APQP过程定义及要求，有较强的逻辑分析和推理能力；

3.4 Know well about engineering analysis techniques or methods, such as DOE, FMEA, PDCA, QFD, LCC, etc

熟悉工程问题分析的手法或方法，如DOE、FMEA、PDCA、QFD、LCC等

3.5 Be able to work with some softwares, such as CAD, Pro-E, Croe, SolidWorks, Minitab, Ansys, etc;

具备一定的软件操作和使用能力，如CAD，Pro-E，Croe，SolidWorks，Minitab，Ansys等；

4. Communication and Expression Ability Requisition 沟通表达能力要求

4.1 Be able to read emails or documents in English, be able to communicate with English proficiently, especially in oral English；

无障碍阅读英文邮件或资料、文献，能熟练使用英语进行工作沟通；

4.2 Strong self-control ability to emotion, misunderstanding, high pressure working, or other negative influences；

较强的情绪控制能力、良好的抗压能力；

5. Team management

More than 3 years experience on team management.

3年以上团队管理经验。
