Field Service Engineer/现场服务工程师(北京)

1. Develop solutions to fleet problems

2. Develop on site Repair & Overhaul of defect parts

3. Act as primary on site technical contact person with customer

4. Attend technical & operational review meetings with customer

5. Record & develop trend analysis on returned materials

6. Audit customers maintenance processes

7. On site visits to investigate equipment non-compliance

8. Create clear and well-structured reports

9. Inform internal customers for on-stie issue and involved in issue solving.

10. Provide internal and external training

11. Support to achieve team's sales target.

12. Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

1. College or above.

2. Major in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or related.

3. Railway industry experience is better.
