1) 制定和启动检查、测试和评估的标准和方法。

2) 制定抽样程序，设计和开发用于记录、评估和报告质量数据的表格和说明。

3) 制定和实施差异材料的处理方法和程序，并制定评估成本和责任的方法。

4) 汇编和编写培训材料，举办有关质量控制活动的培训班。

5) 确保所有质量相关数据的可用性和完整性。整合并报告质量结果。

6) 根据需要提出纠正措施要求，并跟踪其圆满完成情况。

7) 协助制定和实施质量审计。

9) 分析退回产品的报告并提出纠正措施建议。

10) 批准产品、工艺和设备资格。

11) 推动端到端流程产量的提高。

岗位要求：

4.1 学历

1) 电子、机械、机电一体化或其他相关专业的学士学位。

2) 电子、机械、机电一体化或其他相关专业的高等教育文凭。

4.2 知识与技能

1)展示高级功能和技术技能以及基本流程技能。通常要求具备排除故障和诊断的技能，了解整个测试过程并具备培训他人的能力。

2) 具备阅读、分析和解释常见科技期刊的能力。能够撰写报告、业务信函和程序手册。与组织的管理人员和员工进行有效沟通的能力。

3) 推理能力：能以数学或图表形式解释各种技术说明，并能处理若干抽象和具体的变量。

4) ***持有 CQE、CQT 或 CQM 证书。

3. Responsibility

3.1 Primary Responsibility

1) Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.

2) Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality data.

3) Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.

4) Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.

5) Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.

6) Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.

7) Assists with development and implementation of quality audits.

8) Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.

9) Analyzes reports for returned products and recommends corrective action.

10) Approves product, process and equipment qualifications.

11) Drives end to end process yield improvement.

3.2 Secondary Responsibility

1) Assist QA manager in improve quality management level and customer satisfaction.

2) Collect enough source information of suppliers/customers/equipment/engineering etc.

3) Any other duties assigned as and when.

4. Job Requirements

4.1 Education Qualification

1) Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Other Related Flied engineering.

2) High Education Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Other Related Flied engineering.

4.2 Knowledge & Skills

1)

Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills. Typically requires skill and troubleshooting, and diagnostics, and overview of the entire test process and the ability to train others.

2) Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate with managers and employees of the organizations.

3) Reasoning Ability: to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

4) Prefer to have a certification of CQE, CQT, or CQM.

4.4 Experience

2) Experience in Power supplier or PCBA related industry is preferred.
