• Communicate with the client or other consultants in defining client requirements.

• Prepare specifications and scope of works (SoW) for relative packages.

• Manage sub-consultants such as local design institutes and review or verify their design reports as needed.

分包商管理，例如当地设计院管理，必要时审阅明确设计图纸

• Review submittals and supplier or contractor's proposals and answer Request for Information (RFI).

审阅供应商或承包商的标书，就需求提出解答

• Carry out site visit and prepare Site Observation reports as needed.

现场考察并完成现场评估报告

• Develop the project deliverable list to suit individual project requirements and manage the progress and Quality of those deliverables

• Develop a Library of Specification that comply with applicable GB codes and international Standards along with local codes.

• Evaluate Client Requirements to ensure they meet GB and local codes

• From time to time you may be required to manage other engineers to ensure the correct Quality of deliverable is achieved in the correct timeframe based on the project schedule

• Carry out your duties in accordance with PM Group’s QMS (Quality Management System).
