Your Roles & Responsibilities：
- Responsible to coordinate the engineering domains (Requirements Management, Hardware, Software, Mechanics, Functional Safety, Validation and Industrialization) to accomplish prototypes and the project milestones and ensure MAHLE PDP deliverables
- Responsible of Design to Cost, Design for Manufacturing and Design for Quality
- Main technical interface with the project customer and production plant
- Coordination of development tasks with other technical domains of the company: System Requirements Engineering, HW, SW, Mechanics, Quality, Functional Safety, Validation and Industrialization
- Organization of technical reviews of the project involving other domains and especially the quality department
- Close collaboration with Product and Project Management during acquisition phase for design concept
- Transversalization /reuse components inside of the same product line
Your Skills & Strengths：
- Bachelor or Mater degree, major in Electronics & Electrical Engineering
- Project management experience of power Electronics in charging system experience of minimum 5 years
- Technical background in Power electronics development (with special emphasis in automotive electronics 81 desirable) in the automotive sector and power electronics.
- Has strong understanding of Power electronics components.
- Coordination of cross functional technical teams (from 5-10 people).
- Good cross functional communication skill and cost analysis capabilities
- Experienced in direct contact with customer and suppliers
- Design experience of OBC,DC-DC products is preferred
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE processes, Functional Safety (ISO26262), Cybersecurity is preferred
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes is preferred
- High power architecture design experience in OEM is a plus
