Merchandising Supervisor

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment

- Support of negotiate pricing, payment terms, and production timelines to optimize costs and ensure profitability during pitch phase

- Oversee production processes and collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with company and industry standards

- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement improvement as needed

- Support of ensuring that backup suppliers are in place to manage large orders and minimize supply chain risks

- Work hands on with cross-functional teams, including Category Manager, Project Manager, Finance, Logistics and Quality Team to ensure smooth workflow and project execution

- Address supply chain challenges proactively and provide solutions to avoid delays of projects or disruptions

- Work closely with the creative and Category Manager to develop and execute new products which is aligned with customer’s expectation , Market trends and company objectives

- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept creation to sample approval and final production

- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to support product and merchandising decisions
