Responsible for advanced quality planning for new project and engineering change. Ensure all the required documents are prepared in a timely manner at different phases. Coordinate the submission of PPAP documents and follow up the release status from customer.

Responsible for preparing control plan and working instructions at phases of Prototype, Pre-launch and Production. Ensure the process is in control during different phases of APQP.

Responsible for defining inspection methods and gauges for process control, establish MSA plan, implementation and evaluation of MSA result.

Interface with customer regarding all quality related topics, including but not limited on customer complaint, customer special requirement, and quality agreement etc.

Leading cross- functional problem solving process for customer complaint of 0km and warranty, internal quality issues in structured methodologies (8D, A3, 6Sigma … ). Follow up corrective action until the closure of issue.

Your profile:

At least 8 years working experience in quality area in automotive industry.

Bachelor degree or above with Engineering background.

Fluent English in speaking and writing.
