Industrial Engineer/装配工艺工程师

To plan & coordinate production/equipment/machine movement/layout, consider 3M flow (Manpower flow, Material flow & Message flow);

Optimize tooling and working station for improve process capability & productivity;

Set up and maintain the rated database in SAP system;

Assist new process implementation training and support the training for the new operators;

Written translation of the training materials;

To optimize assembly manual line and keep on improving it;

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering, mechatronic preferred;

More than 2 years practical experience in assembly planning, preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture;

Familiar with computer (Excel, Word and Auto CAD)

Good coordinating and communication skills;

Ability of design and solve process problem by oneself;

Knowledge and experience with planning software systems, SAP is preferred;

Good English language skills both oral and written, German is preferred;

根据技术标准及结合生产实际情况，优化机械零件的工艺流程，编制装配工艺文件；

检验工装、夹具的适用性、可靠性，不断改进工装、夹具；

负责

对工作定额、劳动定额进行测定，确保生产线平衡及提高作业效率；

协助生产车间改进装配工艺条件，包括

车间工艺布局及工位布置

，

提高产品质量及产量；

定期对生产一线员工进行装配工艺培训；

任职要求

:

本科以上学历，机械或电气工程背景，

机电一体化优先；

良好的英语或德语交流技能（包括书面和口语）；

良好的团队精神和较强的沟通及协调能力；

动手能力强，工作谨慎细心；

具有较强的工作责任心；

工作积极主动，思维开阔；

熟练使用办公自动化及

Auto-CAD

软件等；

有工装设计经验者尤佳；
