Project Manager项目经理

1.Mainly responsible for the management of domestic active medical device projects, includes design change, product registration, CAPEX process, production validation and commercial production implementation;

2.Draft project charter, development project plan and project budget, supporting for business case etc;

3.Track all project activities according to the plan within Changshu plant, work closely with global project team to determine “best business case” for investment and to meet the business goals;

4.Ensure approved projects to complete with required Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and be in compliance with the Plant SOPs;

5.Establish cross-functional team, manage and assist project members to complete related project tasks;

6.Responsible for the project overall control, including the budget 、timeline and scope;

7.Communicate routinely and timely with plant management and stakeholders about projects progress and issues and identify the potential risks

8.Responsible to collaborate with other plants and cross functional team for problems solving, project enhancements and equipment development for manufacturing FMC products.

9.Additional tasks or project as required by the Manager.

Qualifications:

Work Experience:

-Minimum of 8 years working experience,with a preference for those in the active medical device industry.

-Familiar with operation planning, product development and technical implementation processes;

-Solid project management experience, with a requirement for a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.;

-Strong quality mindset and a structured, organized working style;

Skills and Knowledge:

-Good English in speaking and writing;

-Competence in process engineering and production system;

-Good skills in PC, MS office;

-Familiar with GMP and ISO 13485;

-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.;

-Target-driven, with a proven ability to deliver results.
