职位描述
1、Responsible for production equipment, mold and auxiliary equipment, routine maintenance, and preventive maintenance (mainly responsible for electrical and mechanical parts, support mold part), reduce the failure rate of equipment and mold, efficient and orderly operation of the factory 负责生产设备、模具及辅助设备的日常维护保养，并进行预防性维护保养(主要负责机电部分、配套模具部分)，降低设备及模具故障率，使工厂高效有序运行
2、 Establish equipment management accounting, establishing equipment maintenance plan, responsible for common consumable and sorting of spare parts, statistics, and application, to establish and maintain for the account, ensure spare-parts available 建立设备管理台账，制定设备维修保养计划，负责常用耗材及备品备件的整理、统计、申请，建立并维护台账，确保备品备件可用
3、 Responsible for machine capability improvements on quality and up time 负责提高机器的生产能力和生产时间。·. ·
4、 Setting up the equipment, fixtures and tools as needed 根据需要安装设备、夹具和工具·
5、 Equipment safety improvements according to the standard to prevent any accidents happen during production. 按照标准对设备进行安全改进，防止生产过程中发生事故。 ·
6、 Equipment daily checking and fill the breakdown repairing record on time 设备日常检查，按时填写故障维修记录 ·
7、 Responsible for production line equipment knowledge training, like using method, safety, some issue adjustment. 负责生产线设备的知识培训，如使用方法，安全，一些问题的调整。
8、Keep great supporting on production need Daily and weekly reporting equipment breakdown and actions 。
支持生产需求，每天和每周报告设备故障和处理情况
9、Complete other tasks arranged by leaders. 领导安排的其他工作
招聘要求：
1、 College degree or above, major in mechanical design, automation control and adjacent areas.大专以上学历，机械设计、自动化控制及相关专业。
2、 Familiar with the company's related equipment management regulations and operating standards. 熟悉公司相关设备管理规定和操作规范。
3、 be familiar with the performance, structure and usage of the equipment 熟悉设备的性能、结构和使用方法
4、 more than 3 years of relevant work experience 3年以上相关工作经验
