【Job Title】
Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance, SEO & Social)
【About the Role】
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll lead and execute digital campaigns that directly impact customer acquisition, retention, and brand engagement. You’ll take full ownership of paid and organic channels, web traffic growth, and search engine visibility.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. SEO Domination
61 Run full-stack SEO across all websites (technical, on-page, off-page)
61 Conduct in-depth keyword research, SERP analysis, backlink audits
61 Optimise landing pages, blog content, and product pages
61 Monitor rankings and organic performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush
2. Paid Digital Campaigns
61 Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube
61 Develop audience segmentation, retargeting flows, and funnel strategies
61 Continuously A/B test copy, visuals, and targeting for performance
61 Manage budgets, ROAS, and CPA targets across multiple markets
3. Social Media Strategy & Execution
61 Own the strategy for Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube growth
61 Coordinate with content creators and designers to execute campaigns
61 Use insights to scale what works and kill what doesn’t—fast
61 Understand trends, platforms, and algorithms to maximise reach
4. Website & Analytics
61 Collaborate with dev/design teams to ensure conversion-focused UX/UI
61 Own Google Analytics, Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and CRO testing
61 Report weekly on KPIs, campaign performance, and strategic insights
5. Collaborations & Optimisation
61 Work closely with Brand, Content, and Design to create integrated digital strategies
61 Use heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys to identify drop-offs and fix them
61 Stay updated on algorithm changes, policy updates, and emerging tech
【About You】
61 Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing
61 Proven SEO and PPC results with real performance outcomes
61 Deep experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Tag Manager
61 Comfortable managing multiple accounts, markets, and campaigns simultaneously
61 Analytical, creative, proactive, and obsessed with growth
【Bonus Points】
61 Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries
61 Familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
61 Knows how to write compelling briefs and creative hooks for performance content
61 Some experience with email marketing and automation flows
