职位描述

As the owner of PO management to take full responsibility on on-time delivery
Job Function & Job Requirement:
- Well cooperate with origin agent to make sure cargo must be smoothly arranged and shipped,
- make sure OHA is always in the correct way in order to a smooth shipping process
- Take the ownership of PO management and liaise with related parties to fultill on time delivery
- Be responsible for daily PO tracking and close communication with vendor for their following up
- Manage the data input & amendment in system
- Work with related party to provide solution for early/ late shipment
- Ensure proper and timely follow-up in case of irregularities
- Encourage and ensure excellent communication both internally and externally
- Ensure excellent service provided according to SOP
Qualification:
Education and Experience
1. College degree or above
2. At least 3 years working experience in multinational freight forwarding company
3. Solid experience in FCL Ocean Export
Languages and Communication Skills
1. Fluent spoken & written in English, CET-4 or above
2. Good communication skills, both internal and external
Computer Skills
1. Basic PC knowledge
2. Experienced user for MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Others
1. Customer oriented & self-disciplined
2. Strong logic thinking & problem solving skills
3. Willing to OT and can undertake pressure
4. Strong individual capability with teamwork spirit
5. Sensitive on figures
