职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for establishing and adjusting employee management system, such as formulate relevant policies, procedures and guidelines.
2. Responsible for handling complex employee issues including but not limited to employee complaints and labor disputes.
3. Implementing investigation and working out solution for labor disputes.
4. Managing employee misconduct and disciplinary actions to prevent employment risks.
5. Coordinating cross-departmental communication and cooperation.
6. Providing strong support on Human Resource management.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Business Management, Human Resource, Administration or equivalent.
2. At least 10 years’ of relevant experience, particularly in employee relationship function.
3. Familiar with local policies, regulations, and government procedures.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good command of written English.
