We are looking for a Senior Quality Control Inspector who can independently and accurately handle quality assurance and quality control related job.

Main tasks & Responsibilities / 主要任务和职责

Conduct inspection and testing products according to the drawings, inspection standards, inspection instructions.

依图纸、检验标准和检验指导书进行产品检验测试

Actively carry out incoming material inspection in accordance with the requirements of the company's governance management system and incoming material inspection standards，isolate incoming materials with quality issues and provide improvement suggestions.

按照公司治理管理制度和来料检验规范的要求积极开展来料检验，对于有质量问题的来料进行隔离并提出整改建议。

According to the shipment inspection standards and inspection specifications, carry out shipment inspection; Cooperate with warehouse personnel to actively handle feedback on problematic products and arrange for subsequent re inspection.

按照出货检验标准及检验规范，做好出货检验，配合仓库人员积极处理有问题产品的反馈和后续再次检验安排。

Prepare quality summary reports for products and suppliers.

做好产品及供应商月度质量汇总报告。

Strictly implement the non-conforming product control procedure to identify, isolate, and dispose of non-conforming products.

严格执行不合格品控制程序对不合格品进行标识、隔离和处置。

Properly use and keep inspection tools, relevant documents, seals, and records.

正确使用和保管好检查器具、相关文件、图章和记录

Conduct monthly spot checks and report on inventory products.对库存产品品进行月度抽检及汇报。

Laboratory equipment maintenance.

实验室设备维护；

Promotion and maintenance of ISO documents.

ISO文件推行与维护；

Follow up on new product evaluation and mass production introduction.

新产品评估及量产导入跟进；

Review and confirmation of inspection personnel data, KPIs, etc.

检验人员数据、KPI 等审核确认；

Security management inspection, and propose correction opinions to help improvement.

安全管理检查，并提出改进意见；

Other tasks assigned by superior.

其他上级安排的事项。

Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

Bachelor’s degree

大学本科

Production, Quality and mechanical related majors.

生产、质量和机械等相关专业

5 years working experience, including 3 years quality management related experience.

5年工作经验, 其中有3年质量相关工作经验；

Knowledgeable of ISO quality management system

具有质量管理体系ISO的基本知识

Familiar with various aspects of the production process, with understanding of product processing technology and working principles.

熟悉生产过程中的各个环节，对产品的加工工艺和工作原理有深入的了解

Familiar with mechanical drawing and mechanical drawings.

熟悉机械制图与机械图纸

Proficient in using various testing equipment and tools.

能熟练使用各种检测设备和工具

Familiar with inspection standards and inspection specifications and avoid errors and omissions.

熟悉检验标准及检验规范，避免出现错、漏检

Have the ability to operate the instruments and equipment used and understand the principles.

具有操作所用仪器设备、了解其原理
