项目品质管理工程师

1. Evaluate customer quality and test requirement, make out quality and test standard.评估客户品质和测试要求，制定品质和测试标准；

2. Lead and conduct products quality requirement in product developing phase, trial run and mass production;在产品开发/试产/大货生产阶段，指导和实施产品品质要求；

3.Lead project CP analysis, evaluate the process CPK and conduct MSA analysis to meet customer requirement and conduct MSA analysis to meet customer requirement.主导项目CP的分析，评估制程CPK并指导MSA分析来达到客户要求；

4.Guide lab to perform testing correctly, review the test report and send to customer;指导实验室正确测试，检查并发送测试报告；

5.Deal with customer complaint. 处理客户投诉；

6.Deal with the difficult issues with the relevant departments,customers and suppliers;配合相关部门，客户和供应商处理复杂问题；

7.Lead and drive manufacture quality improved with the relevant departments.与相关部门一起领导和推动生产品质的提高。

Qualification Required任职要求：

1. At least 5 years experience on quality engineering;

至少5年品质工程经验；

2.Familiar with plastic,leather and fabric product,metal product and sundries;

熟悉塑胶、皮料、布料、五金等产品；

3.Good team communications skills;

良好的沟通能力；

4.Familiar with RoHS directives, REACH and Prop65;

熟悉RoHS指令，REACH和加州65要求；

5.Bachelor degree in machnical,electronic,textile,ploymer material and engineering;

机械、电子、纺织、高分子材料和工程相关专业；

6.CET class 4 or above, fluent written and oral English;

英语四级以上，听说读写流利。
