主要职责 PRIMARY DUTIES

61 依照生产计划进行相应SOP的准备，分派。监督检查现场生产工艺（包括搅拌，灌装及包装工序)，生产结束回收相应文件进行记录检查并进行保密归档。

According to the production plan, prepare and distribute the corresponding SOP. Supervise and inspect the on-site production process including mixing, filling and packaging processes, and collect the corresponding documents after production for record inspection and confidential filing.

61 组织新产品引进/工艺改进的可行性研究并协调相关的准备工作

Organize feasibility studies for new product introduction/process improvement and coordinate related preparations.

61 同计划及化学师协调设定新产品/新工艺的生产时间并跟踪其按时在烟台工厂生产

Coordinate with planning and chemists to set the production time of new products/new processes and track their production in Yantai factory on time.

61 在烟台系统中设置新产品及变更

Organize new products system setup/change in Yantai.

61 与化学师/工艺工程师联系确认生产工艺，产品变更单，新化学原材料评估表和新化学原材料的MSDS,TDS资料

Contact chemist/process engineer to confirm the production process, product change order, new chemical raw material evaluation form and MSDS, TDS information of new chemical raw materials.

61 与工厂工艺工程师及安全经理确认新化学原料/新工艺是否允许在烟台工厂使用，如果可以，通知计划，可以安排生产；如果不能使用，通知化学师

Confirm with the factory process engineer and safety manager whether the new chemical raw material/new process is allowed to be used in Yantai factory, if yes, inform the plan and arrange production; if not, notify the chemist.

61 制作工艺SOP，并在生产前现场培训生产员工

Prepare process SOP, and train production staff on site before production.

61 跟踪生产流程并根据实际指标与化学师/质量工程师沟通

Track production process and communicate with chemist/quality engineer based on actual metrics.

61 新产品或工艺改进跟踪每个釜的前三批生产，并出具正式报告。如果指标有异常，及时与化学师/工艺工程师沟通.

Follow the three batches’ process and the product’s specification of the new product or process changing, and compile formal report. If the specification abnormal, discuss with chemist/process engineer in time.

61 生产问题及客户投诉的排查与解决，现有产品应用性能测试研究（包括搅拌，灌装及包装工艺）

Investigate and solve production problems and customer complaints, test and study the application performance of existing products (including mixing, filling and packaging processes)

61 内部及外部沟通与协调

Internal & external communication and coordination.

61 主管及经理安排的其他工作

Other work arranged by supervisor and manager.

职位要求MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

61 化工、材料等相关专业本科；

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or other related field

61 3年以上精细化工或新材料行业，具备试生产放大工艺工作经验，

At least 3 years of experience in fine chemical industry or new material industry, possessing the scal-up process control experience.

61 熟练读写英语和交流优先

Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

61 团队合作,主动合作和沟通，抗压能力强

Ability to work well in a team, proactively communicate, cooperate and strong pressure resistance

61 有SAP系统经验优先

Experience with SAP systems is preferred.
