2. Lead and manage welding process to reach ISO3834 requirement, be sure to support company to pass the annual ISO3834 audit.

3. Responsible for welding process review on new projects.

4. Responsible for Welding Process Standard/WPS definition, updating and archiving.

5. Responsible for welding process training to welding technicians and welders.

6. Keep close supervision on welding materials storage, distribution and usage.

7. Join daily MRB meeting, support Quality and Production team to make analysis on welding issues and define corrective actions.

8. New welding equipment SOP/WI preparing and training to Production people.

9. Other tasks assigned by Process manager.

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历

2. 3年及以上相关工作经验

3. 有IWE证书

4. 熟练的英语读写能力。
