Job Title: Logistics Specialist( English Required，bilingual / Chinese is preferred.)职位：物流专员Location：Based in Philippines project site地点：菲律宾项目现场Employment Type: Full-time类型：全职Job Description 职位描述：:● 协助处理日常物流运作，包括货物运输跟踪、单据处理和库存管理。Assist in daily logistics operations including shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory management.● 与供应商、货运代理、承运人及项目团队进行协调，确保货物按时交付。Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.● 准备并审核货运单据（如商业发票、装箱单）Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., commercial Invoice, packing List).● 监控货物运输状态，及时解决交付问题。Monitor shipment status and resolve any delivery issues promptly.● 在物流管理系统中维护准确的记录Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems.● 协助处理其他商务事宜（合同、付款、发票等）Assist on other commercial issues (contracts, payments, invoices, etc.)Requirements 岗位要求:● 具备进口物流及跨境运营方面的实际经验。Proven experience in import logistics and cross-border operations.● 熟练掌握微软办公软件套件（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).● 熟悉菲律宾当地项目合同及相关合规规定Familiarity with local project contracts and regulatory compliance.● 供应链、商务或相关专业大专及以上学历College graduated or above in Supply Chain,Business or related field● 必须精通中英文（书面及口语)Proficiency in Chinese & English (written and spoken) is essential.● 1-2 年物流 / 供应链相关工作经验1-2 years of logistics/supply chain experience.● 具备较强的沟通能力和对细节的关注度Strong communication skills and attention to detail.● 能够同时处理多项任务，并在紧迫的截止日期前完成工作。Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.● 英语为必备条件，双语（中英）流利者优先.English is mandatory,bilingual / Chinese is preferred.
