领导每个新项目的开发和量产，按照既定时间跟进项目每个阶段的开***况和并及时提供数据和报告。

61 For QC inspection result give quickly reply, submit action plan (like deviation recognition, rework sorting, redo, etc). Make sure factory implements the actions in full and follow up with on-time checking.

针对供应商交付产品验货不良及时做出回复，提出如偏差认可、返工挑选、重做等改善方案，跟供应商一起严格监督改善方案实施情况，确保所有改善行动被严格执行到位。

61 Give timely feedback to product complaints from customer complaint. Give thorough analysis and follow up with corrective and preventive actions till all validations done and control at vendor’s site. Control customer complaints cases. No claims from customer due to quality issue.

积极及时跟踪和解决内部客户、终端客户、最终消费者的质量投诉。能供应商合作制定短期措施和长期改善计划，确保短期措施有效遏制不良品外流，落实长期改善计划真正进入供应商日常管理体系或者控制计划中。杜绝浮于表面、点到为止的改善方式。以减少客户质量投诉、提升交付品质为长期目标。

61 Continues improve supplier quality, support supplier implement TQC management, for new products implement APQP(PPAP) management.

持续改善供应商质量，协助供应商推行全员质量管理(TQC)，针对新开发产品协助推行APQP(PPAP)管理。

61 Support team improve 1st time quality inspection pass rate.

协助团队提升供应商交付产品首次验货通过率。

61 Give correct reports timely, including drawings, spec sheets, GQR's and 8D analysis reports. And manage these technical document very well (like use new format, stock in share folder in time, ECR change management), No file loss and version errors occur.

及时并且正确提供报告，比如图纸，产品规格书，质量要求规格书，供应商改善报告等。并有效管理好这些技术文件（比如使用新版本格式编制文件，及时储存到公共盘，管理好技术变更），无文件遗失和版本错误的问题发生。

61 All above tasks can do timely communicate with factory about engineering and technical issues. Personally involve (face to face with factory) to resolve quality/technical problems. Be able to define technical problems and resolve the problems completely efficiently and hence assure the product quality. 以上各项工作，做到与工厂就工程和技术问题进行及时沟通，亲自参与（如与工厂面对面）并解决质量和技术问题。能够定义技术问题并完全有效地解决问题，从而保证产品质量。

61 Be able to manage all new molds & new projects in an organized and effective manner (implementation of Mold Development and TQ SOP), which include provide mold information which include data collection and inputting statistical report on the tooling dimensions. Ensure that the qualified mold is OK for mass production, be on site to monitor the early stage of mass production.

能够以有组织和有效的方式管理所有新模具和新项目（实施模具开发和TQSOP）。包括提供模具信息，数据收集和输入模具尺寸统计报告。确保模具合格可以批量生产，在批量生产的早期阶段进行现场监控。

61 This position reports direct to the CSP Operations Manager, Yuyao &Shenzhen. Work with QC and PM together

向CSP运营经理汇报工作, 同QC和PM一起配合工作。

Qualifications and Skills:

61 Be able to verbal communicate, read and write English and finish report independently. Be able to prepare and work with tooling specifications, technical drawings, mold process specifications and other technical issues.

具备一定的英语读写能力，能够独立完成报告以及编制和处理模具规范书、技术图纸、模具工艺规范等技术问题。可以用英文或者葡萄牙语口头沟通者优先。

61 Proficient in office software and simple drawing software

熟练使用办公软件和简单绘图软件

61 Perform standard mold qualification procedure. Be able to study and manage tooling status such as material, structure, processing craft and etc.

执行标准模具鉴定程序。能够研究和管理模具状态，如材料，结构，加工工艺等。

61 Be able to define and understand the critical dimensions and functions of the injected products based on the customer packaging requirement and mindsets.

能够根据客户包装要求和思维方式去定义和了解注塑产品的关键尺寸和功能。
