Responsibilities:
1 Develop and execute a sophisticated social media operation plan to boost number of followers, page-views and overall utilization.
2 Develop and execute marketing strategic plan including campaigns, promotions, and tactics together with the clients to improve market awareness and increase utilization rate.
3 Maintain a thorough understanding of the market, competitor’s activity and relevant product trends.
4 Lead the team to develop creative copywriting and content creation for all marketing collateral in Chinese for Aspire Lifestyles or clients which include, but not limited to case studies, newsletters, press releases, market intelligence, product/offer promotion materials or deliverables.
5 Deliver successful thought leadership plan and implement Marketing/PR tactics to maximize brand awareness, increase the presence and preference in China market. Organize all Aspire Lifestyles events for Clients' HNWIs and mass affluent target and initiatives, e.g. Quarterly Aspire Club event.
6 Develop custom benefit, reward and experiential offerings for client programs utilizing relevant and valued providers.
7 Consult with clients on rewards program design, marketing promotions, website, program P&P's and associated marketing and materials development.
8 Work closely with BD, marketing and Client Service for Concierge to identify and utilize data and marketing assets that will allow the company to secure best possible benefit/offer set to clients. Manage creation and production of all program-marketing materials, ensuring client’s brand is being represented according to the strategic plan and utilization is healthy.
9 Work closely with sales to understand prospect needs and opportunities. Support sales efforts to pitch and sell the global product set as well as custom benefits development.
Requirements:
1 Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing or Communications related is a plus.
2 5-8 years’ solid marketing working experience, ideally in the B2B2C service solution industry
3 Good knowledge and sophisticated skills on product/service marketing and digital marketing.
4 Experience in event (both online and offline) planning and execution.
5 Experience of auto industry is a plus.
6 Keen interest in worldwide lifestyle (shopping, sports, culture, travel, fashion, etc)
