Summary:
We are searching for a highly organized HR Operations Manager to lead and manage our HR operations. This role is responsible for the smooth and efficient execution of HR processes, ensuring compliance with group standards, relevant laws and regulations. You will play a key role in optimizing our HR procedures, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Job Description
Project Management:
l Manage the implementation of HR projects, including process improvements, and new initiatives.
l Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
l Effectively communicate progress and updates to stakeholders.
l Oversee the execution and completion of projects within deadlines
Team Management:
l Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing support and guidance.
l Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear performance expectations.
l Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
l Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Process Tracking:
l Overview the HR Operations related processes including hiring, job changes, termination, etc.
l Conduct internal control and reviews of processes.
l Develop and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
HR Operations:
l Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
l Manage HR data including workforce analytics and metrics.
l Support employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers.
Continuous Improvement:
l Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems.
l Stay current on HR best practices and industry trends.
l Implement innovative solutions to address challenges and enhance employee experience.
Qualifications:
l 10+ years of experience in HR Operations, with a proven track record of success in managing and improving processes.
l Strong project management skills, with experience in completing HR-related projects.
l Excellent team management and leadership skills.
l Proficient in HR software systems (e.g., workday ).
l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
